No trackers
This site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, no social sharing buttons, no third-party hosted fonts or scripts, and no external statistics service. Your browser contacts one domain, and only one.
Contact form
- Data collected: name, company (optional), work email address, telephone (optional), the content of your message.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow it up commercially.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), given through the form's checkbox.
- Recipients: only the Voxymore teams handling your enquiry. No transmission to a third party, no resale, no transfer outside the European Union.
- Hosting: the message is sent by email through the servers of OVH SAS (France) and kept in our mailbox. No copy is stored on the site.
- Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, then deletion.
Server logs
Like any web server, our host automatically records, for each page viewed: the page requested, the date and time, the response code, the IP address, and the browser and operating system.
- Purpose: site security and aggregated traffic statistics.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f).
- Retention: 12 months for raw logs. Aggregated statistics, which contain no IP address, are kept indefinitely.
These logs are analysed locally, with free software. No external analytics service has access to them.
Protection against automated submissions
To limit bulk submissions, the form temporarily records an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself. The fingerprint is deleted automatically after two hours.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, use the contact form or write to us at the postal address above.
If you disagree with how we have handled your request, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr
